Depending on the items purchased on dreamconfabula.it and the location where they will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a variety of shipping methods.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a summary email. At each change in status or progress you will be notified with an email. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and shipping information.

We only ship on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Generally, delivery by courier takes 24/48 hours.

Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than expected. For remote locations, please add an additional 3-5 business days to the expected delivery time for each shipping method.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We accept payments with Paypal and bank transfer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash on delivery orders and all orders must be paid for in full once sent online.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but errors occasionally occur. In such cases, Sognaconfabula.it expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order.

If an error occurs, we will notify you and cancel your order. Any authorized payment for that order will be refunded immediately. If you find an error once your order has been delivered, please contact our customer service team or refer to our returns policy.
